Chapter Summary: AU. After the Acts of Union in 1707, Scotland lives in England's home. He takes advantage where he can by drinking as much of England's rum as he can and causing a fuss for Wales. Oh, and America has some questions for England that make him uncomfortable.

Well, now that that's out of the way. Jeez guys, if you're still around, I give you major props and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I could give you a big long excuse about life and school and work and friends and transferring out of state getting in the way, but it's schlock ya'll have heard before, so copypaste with your favorite author's excuse. >:
Style wise, I feel like this chapter has lost something because it's been so long. It's a little more dialog heavy and ho shit guys, the angst train is in town and let's just say someone has a panic attack towards the end of the chapter. Shit starts to get real from here on out, until the last chapter plus the epilogue. So, say goodbye to happy feelings, because they won't be back with this story for quite some time. Bro icon because this chapter is 85% from Matthew's POV.

2. The Truck is in reference to my previous work entitled...well, Truck.

Norway kept their interest rates relatively high during the early recession years, so he and Australia (who also kept rates high) are doing considerably better than everybody else.
